Spectator goes for mix of paid-for and free

The Spectator’s 36,000 print subscribers will now get free access to the mag’s website, iPhone and IPad apps as the battle for readership in the digital age hots up.

The offer includes access to an online archive of Spectator articles dating back to 2005, reports Journalism.co.uk.
