All the movements in the advertising industry in the past week.

Gavin Gordon-Rogers is leaving Agency Republic amid a management restructure that also sees chief executive Jane McNeill becoming chief operating officer. Replacing McNeill will be Matt Kwiecinski, who will also continue with the day-to-day running of the agency. (Source: Brand Republic)

Burger King is looking for a new marketing director for the UK and Ireland, after Sarah Power announced her departure after four years at the fast-food chain. She has left to pursue other career opportunities. (Source: Brand Republic)

LG has parted company with global marketing chief Dermot Boden. His three-year contract was left unrenewed, although the company is claiming the separation was amicable. He will not have a formal replacement. (Source: Brand Republic)

Skoda has promoted Heidi Cartledge to head of marketing. She will lead a team of eight within the product communications team, taking responsibility for media planning and buying, advertising, digital, retailer support, events and sponsorship. (Source: Brand Republic)

Mark Duffy has left his role as regional marketing director of life products for Aviva Asia. A replacement will be announced shortly for the role in Singapore. (Source: Brand Republic)

Eye has promoted Lee Cutter to the newly created role of national sales director. He moves from his position as head of sales, and will now be responsible for developing the airport media company’s national media business. (Source: Brand Republic)

Starcom MediaVest Group has promoted Damien Evan to the position of global trading director. He will now be responsible for enhancing best practices in commercial trading for SMG clients new and old. (Source: Brand Republic)

TBWA\London has hired André Laurentino as its new executive creative director to replace Mark Hunter who left in December. Laurentino has previously worked at TBWA’s Brazillian office for eight years in a variety of roles. (Source: Brand Republic)
