Peugeot has made Morgan Lecoupeur its UK marketing director. He was previously director of marketing and quality at Peugeot Austria, and replaces Christian Stein, who joined rival Seat. (Source: Brand Republic)

MHP Communications has launched an office in Brussels, and has promoted EU lobbyist Alisdair Gray to head it. He will also continue to work for the European DIY Retail Association, however. (Source: PR Week)

Specific Media has hired Graeme Lynch as its new UK publisher services director. Lynch joins from Fox Network, where he held the same role for four years. AKQA is losing its chief creative officer Daniel Bonner and client services director William Lidstone, as the two are leaving the agency to join Razorfish. Bonner will join the Publicis-owned company in a similar role, as will Lidstone. (Source: Brand Republic)
