Newsquest staff on strike

Newsquest journalists are protesting against how the business is being run.

While Newsquest’s highest paid director took home a 21.5 per cent renumeration increase in the last year, staff from Newsquest’s many regionals are ready for or contemplating, strike action over job cuts and pay freezes forced on staff in 2008.

Brighton Argus staff took to the picket line this past week.
