News Corp to get down with the kids

After months of praising the iPad and its supposed ability to transform the newspaper industry’s fortunes, Rupert Murdoch has unveiled his intentions to bring his news to the youth of America – in the form of a digital newspaper.

The new project will be targeted at younger readers, and distributed, on a paid-for basis, via iPad and mobile phones.
