Murdoch to launch app-only newspaper

Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation will launch an app-only newspaper called the Daily by the end of the year.

The project has been given a $30m budget for its first year, according to the Wall.

Murdoch said: “[The Daily] will deliver content to readers when, where and how they want it. It’s cheap, convenient and constantly up-to-date.”
