C4 launches fresh news website

Ed Fraser, the Channel 4 News site’s senior editor, said his team of 15 would leave daily headlines to C4’s TV output and aim to provide “depth around core areas” rather than trying to compete with breaking news websites.

“Throughout the day the site follows how a story is developing, picks a story apart and projects the value and personalities of our talent,” he added.
